 FAQs

  • In-Person Experience ($899):

    • 3x/week coached strength sessions at FIT with Coach Amanda (in person)

    • Full nutrition consult + 3 follow-up sessions with Coach Bekah

    • Computer run analysis + 2 follow-up sessions with Dr. Lynne

    • Direct access to Run Form, Strength, Nutrition coaches throughout the program

    Online Experience ($350):

    • App-based strength workouts 3x/week from Coach Amanda (do on your own)

    • Full nutrition consult with Coach Bekah (1 session)

    • Computer run analysis with Dr. Lynne (1 session)

    • 11-week 15K run training plan with Coach Lari

Both programs get you to the Double Bridge Run finish line—the in-person option gives you more hands-on coaching and accountability.

  • The program starts November 16th and runs for 11 weeks, ending just before the Pensacola Double Bridge Run on February 7th, 2025.

  • The program is designed to prepare you for the Double Bridge 15K, but if you're training for a different 15K around the same timeframe, you can still benefit from the structure and coaching. Just let us know your goal race!

  •  We're limiting the program to ensure each participant gets quality attention from all four coaches. Spots are limited, especially for the in-person option

  • Plan for approximately 4-5 hours per week:

    • 3 running sessions (varies by week, typically 30-60 min each)

    • 3 strength sessions (30-40 min each)

    • Time for nutrition planning/meal prep

This is manageable for busy women with jobs, families, and other commitments.

  • It depends on what you're working on. If you're in active PT for an acute injury, we recommend completing that first. If you've finished PT and want ongoing movement guidance as you train, this program is perfect for maintenance and prevention. We can also coordinate with your current PT if needed.

  • Generic strength training and runner-specific strength training are very different. Most gym programs focus on bodybuilding or general fitness—not the single-leg stability, hip strength, and endurance that runners need. That said, if you're already doing runner-specific work, we can discuss how to integrate it or whether you'd benefit more from the nutrition and PT components.

  • Life happens! We build flexibility into the program. If you miss a workout, we'll help you adjust. The in-person option has more built-in accountability, but both programs are designed for real life.

    • In-Person: At FIT gym with Coach Amanda

    • Online: You'll do app-based workouts wherever works for you (home, gym, etc.)

  • The app-based strength workouts are designed to be done with minimal equipment. Coach Amanda will provide modifications based on what you have access to.

  • All paces are welcome! Whether you're aiming for a PR or just want to finish strong, the program is designed to meet you where you are. We have women ranging from 10-14 min/mile pace.

  • Absolutely. That's exactly WHY we have Dr. Lynne (PT) on the team. The computer run analysis identifies your specific movement patterns and compensations. We'll work with your history to keep you healthy as mileage builds.

  • This is where having a PT on your team matters. You'll have direct access to Dr. Lynne to address issues before they become injuries. The in-person program includes 2 follow-up sessions specifically for this.

  • No! Coach Bekah doesn't believe in restriction. You'll learn fueling strategies that support your training without tracking every calorie or giving up foods you love (yes, even through the holidays).

  • Coach Bekah works with your preferences and restrictions to create a fueling strategy that works for YOUR life.

  • This is one of the most common concerns, and it's exactly what Coach Bekah specializes in. You'll learn how to fuel for performance without unwanted weight gain, especially important during the holiday season.

  •  The baseline programs are comprehensive, but you can add:

    • Extra physical therapy sessions for specific injury concerns or running form sessions with Dr Lynne

    • Additional nutrition follow-ups with Coach Bekah

    • Personalized training plan adjustments with Coach Lari

    • One-on-One Thai massage or Assisted Stretch Sessions with Coach Amanda

We'll discuss add-on options at the info meeting based on your individual needs

  • Reach out to us if your situation changes. We'll do our best to accommodate, though availability may be limited for in-person spots.

  • We offer payment plan options. Ask us about this at the info meeting or reach out directly.

  • We understand life happens. Our refund/cancellation policy will be outlined in the registration agreement. Reach out to discuss your specific situation.

  • Yes! You'll be part of a community of women working toward the same goal. We'll have a group communication channel where you can ask questions, share wins, and support each other.

  • You'll have the tools, knowledge, and confidence to continue training on your own. Plus, you'll know how to prevent injury, fuel properly, and train smart for whatever comes next (half marathon, anyone?).

  • Dr. Lynne uses video analysis technology to assess your running form, identify compensations, and provide specific corrections to improve efficiency and prevent injury. You'll receive a detailed report of your findings.

  • Coach Amanda will provide details about the app platform during onboarding. It's user-friendly and includes video demonstrations of each exercise.

  • Coach Lari provides the 11-week training plan which will be accessible through a specify platform. You'll get details at the start of the program.

  • Yes! We have options for you:

Option 1: Join the In-Person Experience ($899) and skip Coach Lari's running plan. You'll get:

    • 3x/week coached strength sessions with Coach Amanda

    • Full nutrition consult + 3 follow-ups with Coach Bekah

    • Computer run analysis + 2 follow-ups with Dr. Lynne

    • You continue following your current coach's running plan

Option 2: Build a custom package that fits your needs. Maybe you just need:

    • PT/movement analysis to address form issues

    • Strength training to prevent injury

    • Nutrition coaching to fuel properly

Option 3: Join the Online Experience ($350) for the full program structure, then communicate with your current coach about integrating the strength work and following their run plan instead.

We're flexible! The goal is to support YOU—not to replace what's already working. Many runners come to us specifically for the PT, strength, and nutrition expertise that most running coaches don't provide.

  • Expert guidance across ALL aspects of training (not just running), injury prevention built in, real-time support when questions come up, accountability, and a community of women doing it with you. Free plans can't give you that.
