What is TRX TRAINING?

If your aim is to build muscle, it's likely that you've looked past the TRX and bee-lined straight for the dumbbells. Dumbbells will always be there, but if you’re looking to build your inner strength and core TRX is where you need to begin.
If you believe that barbells and dumbbells are the way to pack on slabs of lean muscle onto your physique, you're partially correct.

Gymnasts, runners, body builders, dancers, and any other athlete start their training at very early ages and by the time they become competitive, they have had thousands of hours of training under their belt.

WHAT IS SUSPENSION TRAINING?
You will learn to use your body weight, gravity and TRX Training equipment to push, pull, lunge, squat, hinge and plank your way to a better you. Expect to move, sweat, shuffle, and above all, have a kick ass workout experience. Some days there will be a challenge with a single piece of training equipment, some use a broad mix of training tools, but they all deliver incredible results. Make sure to bring a water bottle, wear your athletic shoes and clothing, we’ll supply the towel, and you supply the energy!

I had been struggling with knee pain in both legs for years. My physician told me that I was just getting older and that the pain was due to arthritis. I was told that the only solution for me as to have both knees replaced and take pain meds until the surgery. I just couldn't accept that surgery and mediation were the only answers. When I found Dr. Lynne, she found that I had weakness in my muscles and wasn't squatting right. Since I have been training with her, my pain has resolved AND I have become more active and stronger. I actually feel younger!
