The Movement Clinic, located inside of Running Wild, is a privately-owned Physical Therapy clinic in Pensacola, Florida. We specialize in helping runners and active adults achieve their goals pain-free.

Every person’s pain is unique, which is why our first step is to get a deep understanding of what is happening to your body, and how it is affecting your life so we can create an individualized treatment plan that focuses on YOU and your goals.

Get to know Dr. Lynne Virant

Dr. Lynne Virant, PT, DPT is a physical therapist and running form coach here to teach you practical and evidence-based information for every important facet of your training all the way from overcoming your knee pain to preparing for your next race.

She’s the owner of The Movement Clinic in Pensacola, Florida and she is best known as Pensacola's top run form specialist. Dr. Virant is an active marathoner and triathlete, a certified TRX/Yoga Master Educator and a United States Military Veteran. Lynne is a mother runner, living on Pensacola Beach with her daughter and husband.

She believes movement is medicine and will do everything she can to help you run better, stronger and injury-free!
